National Economic and Development Authority (NEDA)
NEDA is the country's independent economic development and planning agency. The President heads it as chairman of the NEDA board, with the Secretary of Socio-Economic Planning, concurrently NEDA Director-General, as vice-chairman. All Cabinet members, as well as the Central Bank Governor, are members of the NEDA Board.

National Science And Technology Plan 2002-2020
The National Science and Technology Plan for 2002-2020 (NSTP 2020) is a long-term indicative plan, which defines, in broad strokes, the direction of science and technology (S&T) development in the Philippines for the next 18 years. It is the S&T community's response to the national leadership's call for S&T to be the foundation of future economic development in the country. The Plan is supportive of the visions and goals stated in the Medium-Term Philippine Development Plan (MTPDP) which are: macroeconomic stability with equitable growth based on free enterprise, agriculture and fisheries modernization with social equity, comprehensive human development, and good governance.

EcoGov - Philippine Environmental Governance Project

Environmental Programme for Industry Competitiveness
To assess the effectiveness of government environmental policies and programs, it aims to determine the impacts of sustainable development (SD)-related interventions on the Philippine industrial sector, specifically on SMEs. It will also (a) assess how the production behavior and performance of Philippine SMEs have been influenced or affected by government SD-related interventions; and (b) develop a monitoring system by which the impact of these SD-related interventions on the firm can be regularly and effectively tracked in the future.

Small Economic Enterprises Development (SEED)

SME Centers
SME Centers are envisioned to be the focal points for SMEs seeking assistance or information on government and private sector programs and services. There are 25 selected SME Centers nationwide that have been given priority assistance and support under the National SME Development Agenda.
