The chapathi produced under a new process from ordinary wheat flour contains very high concentration of specially processed bran and germ powder. Hence, the chapathi will be tasty, soft, bowel friendly and very rich in fiber and vitamin E. The new chapathi maintains its natural flavor, taste and softness even after 12 hours under normal packing. The special purpose machines developed for doughing, kneading and roasting chapatti can be fabricated according to the capacity requirement.
