CS-IMU-03 digital inertial measurement unit is a combination of several MEMS techniques with solid-state inertial sensor capable of measuring in six degrees of freedom. it has high reliability, stable performance and compact structure. This device perfectly integrates 3 vertical fixed micromechanical quartz angular rate sensors, 3 high-performance accelerometers and DSP techniques as a whole.
