Manufacturing Natural Dyes Using Organic and Inorganic Compounds
This idea is about the mixing the ammoniac with carbon dioxide chemical matters in proximity natural dyes when ammonium carbonate obtain under combination ammoniac with carbon dioxide. In this plane, ammoniac and carbon dioxide must to enter in natural dyes and absorb it and combined it so that they could absorb each other and combined to each other they could produced ammonium carbonate. This work is done by analyzing of natural dyes and matter obtain from the place (in proximity and combining with it). This project if will not be usefulling in the first phase please use from the second & third & fourth phase when to the under following : Second phase : In this idea we could use combining the natural dyes in proximity ammoniac and carbon dioxide under 180 - 210 ° C and 140 - 250 atmosphere pressure. It could provided this matter as unique against same sample in market. (note = the urea chemical matter (product) obtain under combination ammoniac and carbon dioxide in 180 – 210 ° C and 140 - 250 atmosphere pressure. In this plan , ammoniac and carbon dioxide must to enter in natural dyes and absorb it and combined it so that they could absorb each other and combined to each other under 140 - 250 atmosphere pressure and 180 - 210 ° C. then they could produced urea. This work is done by analyzing of natural dyes and matter obtain from the place (in proximity and combining with it). (Note) : this idea (in the 1st phase & second phase) is about of use from the products obtained substitute of natural dyes in Garment industry, Textile industry, Paint industry, chemical industry. Third Phase : this idea is about of use from the product obtained in 1st phase + natural dyes substitute of natural dyes in Garment industry, Textile industry, Paint industry, chemical industry. Fourth Phase : this idea is about of use from the product obtained in second phase + natural dyes substitute of natural dyes in Garment industry, Textile industry, Paint industry, chemical industry. And but wholly products obtained in all of the phases with careful to the that physical & chemical particulars using in Garment industry, Textile industry, Paint industry, chemical industry in comparison with natural dyes is as unique from the viewpoint of quality & quantity and economic explanation & economic importance & executive necessity and cost – effective.
