The technology suggests a 5 steps reaction process for the preparation of substituted benzfurochromenes and related compounds for the prevention and treatment of bone related disorders. The said compounds activate osteoblastic ER (Estrogen receptor) which in turn stimulate BMP-2 (Bone morphogenetic protein) secretion. The secretion thus produced helps in bone forming and strengthening activity. The healing effect of this technology has been tested in rabbits.
