The proposed technology provides a novel curcuminoid composition which forms a self nanoemulsion dilution with water, gastric fluid, or intestinal fluid of globule size of less than 200 nm. The composition provides improved bioavailability and higher drug loading ability, having adequate physical and chemical stability as a self nanoemulsifying formulation.
