The Asian and Pacific Centre for Transfer of Technology (APCTT) of the United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific (ESCAP) organised a side event on “Scaling Science-Based Solutions for Sustainable Development: Regional Innovations in Technology and Data for Achieving the SDGs” jointly with all ESCAP Regional Institutions on 28 February 2025, 10:45 - 12:00 Bangkok Time, Meeting Room G, UNCC, Bangkok [Hybrid]. The event was organized as a side event of the 12th APFSD scheduled from 25 to 28 February 2025 under the theme: “Advancing sustainable, inclusive, science- and evidence-based solutions for the 2030 Agenda and its SDGs for leaving no one behind in Asia and the Pacific” at the United Nations Conference Center (UNCC) in Bangkok, Thailand.
The side event is in alignment with the focus of the 2025 HLPF, the Forum will assess progress on the SDGs under review and will provide a platform and sessions to support countries presenting their voluntary national reviews at the 2025 HLPF.
