The dissemination of technological information is one of the key functions of APCTT. Over the past decades, the Centre has provided technology information services to national policy makers, small and medium scale enterprises (SMEs) and technology transfer intermediaries. Asia-Pacific Tech Monitor and Value Added Technology Information Service (VATIS) have been the prime information carriers of APCTT to reach out to SMEs and policy makers in the Government.
Asia-Pacific Tech Monitor
