Polypropylene (PP)/Polyethylene (PE) Woven Bag Plant
This production line using polypropylene (PP) as raw material with advanced and reasonable match of equipment can make polypropylene (PP) woven sacks with different folded diameter and specifications through the process of mixing of raw materials, yarn drawing, weaving, hot cutting, printing and stitching. The product is light weight, clean and safe. It has good refractory properties and can be used at temperature between -20 deg C and +120 deg C. Specification of woven sacks: Size: 500 x 800; Weight: 75-80 g; Weft density: 31.5-59 pieces/cm; Denier: 800-900. For a 3 shifts per day and 300 working days/year plant, the following equipment is needed: a unit for plastic flat yarn (1); 4-shuttle circular loom (20); printing machine (1); stitching machine (15); packing machine (1); cutting machine (2); bobbin (13,000). Optional equipment: a unit for plastic extruding film compound (coats film on the HDPE cloth to make it damp-proof); an auto paper-plastic binding unit (binds the coated HDPE cloth with kraft and then makes plastic-paper sacks for packaging of cement and fertilizers); plastic crusher (1). The process flow chart: plastic and waste yarn cruncher - raw material - unit for plastic flat yarn - circular loom - cutting machine - printing machine - stitching machine - packing machine - warehouse. Area of Application: Packaging industry: polypropylene (PP) woven sacks have good anti-moisture, water-resistance, anti-breakage, anti-slip and high piling height characteristics which makes it suitable for long-distance transportation, loading and discharging with little breakage rate. PP woven bags find applications in packaging of such products as chemical fertilizers, sugar and salt.

Advantages: Plant is highly efficient and easy to maintain; The circular loom has an electronic control system and is advanced in indication of broken wrap and weft, easy to operate, reliable and requires little workforce (1 worker for 4-5 sets). Controlled by AC frequency transformer, the speed of the motor of the circular loom is variable. This provides such advantages as stability, long service life, low noise and low power consumption. The efficiency is high due to high speed of the motor (150 rpm). The loom has advanced over-load protection device and sound sealed visible lubricating system; Advanced magnetic transmission technology is used in the winding machine which makes it highly efficient. The machine has also such advantages as long service life, low power consumption, low noise, and high performance; Competitive price: for instance, the unit of Plastic Flat Yarn made in Germany cost about US$ 1 million, in Austria about US$ 0.75 million, while the one on offer costs only about US$ 0,235 million; The auto-paper-plastic binding unit allows to safe a lot of kraft paper.
