Fuel Briquettes from Municipal Waste Water/Organic Wastes
Russian company offers technology for manufacturing fuel briquettes from municipal waste water. By this technology, the fuel briquettes can also be manufactured from various wastes such as agricultural wastes, animal wastes, petrochemical wastes or wastes from oil/fats processing industries. The production line consists of the following components: raw material storage containers; loading bunkers/dosators; two conveyors container for binding agent; pump-cum-dosator for binding agent; mixer; press; drier; thermal energy generator; storage container for briquettes. Characteristics of the briquettes according to results of an independent expertise: Burning mass of total briquette mass 85%; Moisture 8.9%; Composition: Carbon 55% Hydrogen 8%; Oxygen and Nitrogen 20%; Sulphur 0.6% Burning efficiency, kcal/kg 5275.
