Main products are styrene acrylic emulsions, pure acrylic emulsions, vinyl acetate copolymers and terpopolymers, and also a range of concrete binders and chemical construction specialties. This is genuine technology transfer project. The technology offer provides complete know-how to set-up the advanced production, including all manufacturing and trading rights. The ideal technology buying company would be either a manufacturer in the industrial chemical industry, in the paint industry and/or a company with the vision to invest in a very good future market. TRANSFER FORMS: Manufacturing license, turnkey plant, training, technical assistance, consultancy - complete technology transfer to the buyer, including consultancy, training, technical assistance, manufacturing license, planning, advice, engineering of complete production plant. Capital participation and/or joint venture could be considered at a later stage after the technology has been successfully absorbed by the buyer.
