High Temperature Induction Furnace for Jewellery Industry (Thailand)
Thai university offers high temperature induction furnace for jewellery industry. This machine won the second of the National Invention Award from the National Research Council of Thailand. Main features of the machine include: 10 kW generator 4kg gold melting capacity automatic cast 220 V, single phase, 50 Hz The machine has been equipped with jewellery casting attachments. It has been used in the Thailand market for the last 1.5 years and three machines have been sold. The machine has been designed for ease of service. Electronic plug-in modules make the service easy. Also, the mechanical parts replacement is not difficult. Therefore, breakdown can be solved at site. For the power circuit, Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor (IGBT) is used.
