Fruit Processing and Utilization of By-products
Due to lack of preserve and processing plant,a big volume of fruits are wasted every year in the country. A company proposed to establish a food processing plant that would turn this surplis fruits and process them into fruit juices , jam /jelly , juice concerntrate & feed pulp. The other advantage is that through this plant,we could obtain valuable by-products like cattle feed, fertilier and raw materials for plywood and particle board.
